  1. I am receiving an “Unauthorised for certificate” error

    This can happen if your session has ended or expired, please go back to the landing page https://marshal.clickontraining.com.au/ and login again, you should then be authorised.

  2. I have completed the course successfully but am unsure how to get my certificate

    Please log back in (login button on landing page) and then there should be a blue “Download Certificate” button above the yellow course button, this only appears once the course has been completed.

  3. I am having problems answering the questions

    The quiz won’t let you click “next” until the question is answered, to do this you need to click on one of the letters next to the answers. It is the letters that are the answer buttons.

  4. I am receiving an “Invalid email address” error

    This can happen when there is a space on the end or at the start of the email address. Typically, this happens when the email address is either auto filled by the browser or copy and paste is used and unfortunately the space it is not visible on the screen.

    If you click in the email address right at the end of the input box square it should put the cursor at the end of the text, then hit backspace on the keyboard to remove any spaces.

  5. Exit not working at end of course

    This can happen if your session has ended or expired, please go back to the landing page https://marshal.clickontraining.com.au/ and login again, you should then be able to complete the course. It means you will have to run through the course content and quiz again.

  6. Web Browser is out of date

    If you are using a web browser that is out of date you may need to update the software to support modern website and webpages.
